Refund policy

LoveBeams offers a one-year happiness guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied with your headlamp for whatever reason we will replace or refund the device. Our only ask is that you send us a short (under 1 minute) video review about why it doesn’t work or you want to return it. These videos will be unpublished and utilized purely for internal feedback purposes--it’s our number one goal to understand why customers do or don’t love LoveBeams!
